As our Account Executive, you’ll be working with the Account Management team to manage email marketing projects from start to finish. In addition, you will adhere and contribute to the internal project management process and associated documentation. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, productive account team member who’s eager to learn and drive programs internally. Our ideal candidate should be structured, disciplined, astute, detail-oriented, analytical, and driven to get work done.
The QA Coordinator will be responsible for going through every email with a fine-tooth comb. He/She will make sure that every email is error-free, matches the campaign requirements and is structurally sound (i.e. no rendering issues are present or functionality is broken). In addition, he/she will adhere and contribute to the internal QA process and associated documentation. As necessary, the QA Coordinator will work with internal teams to escalate problems and ensure they are resolved. This position requires you to maintain multiple email projects and communicate to other team members both verbally and in written documentation.

The Senior Platform Specialist is responsible for the setup and execution of client emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). etc. In addition, they will work closely with the QA team to ensure all emails are error-free before executing the deployment. The Senior Platform Specialist will work with internal teams to ensure the emails are set up and targeted to the appropriate segments and successfully execute any tests according to the client’s specifications.

As our Platform Specialist, you’ll be working to develop, execute and report on email programs within client email systems. We’re looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial individual who is willing to roll up his or her sleeves and help own our clients’ email programs. This is a highly visible and strategic role. As our Associate Creative Director, you’ll be working with large companies to drive concepts, visual tone, clarity and persuasion to the messages we send on behalf of our clients. You will also be supervising and mentoring interactive designers and copywriters as they develop their skills.
