Here’s your opportunity to prove marketing matters!
Our Digital Marketing Account Executives are responsible for the flawless set-up and execution of our clients’ email marketing campaigns. The reach of your work can number in the millions of people. It takes meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management to deliver the level of service that Inbox Marketer is known for.
Under the guidance of an Account Manager, the Account Executive will sit in on client calls to help plan the execution of small to large email marketing campaigns. Once the planning is done, the AEs will work with our production tool and internal teams to create and deploy the campaigns. The Account Executive will also participate in gathering the metrics from those campaigns to report on their success, lessons learned and to provide recommendations on how to optimize moving forward.
We are looking for particular skills. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a good number of the following:
- Education in Marketing
- Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude
- Client service experience
- An understanding of project management and its methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills
There are some other qualifications that would help you get up to speed faster:
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience with HTML or development (you don’t need to code)
- Experience using Salesforce
This role isn’t for everyone.
You are client facing, not making sales calls on a daily basis. The pace is fast and might be too much for some people. That means when a big campaign is going out, you may have to roll up your sleeves with other members of the team to make sure the client’s expectations are fully met. That can put a lot of pressure on people, and only those with the strongest resolve to deliver amazing results will be successful. Sometimes that means longer days. If you think you’re up to the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
