Morgan Stewart is the CEO and Co-Founder of Trendline Interactive, the fastest growing Email Marketing Agency in the industry. Morgan is a recognized thought leader in the email marketing industry, keynote speaker, and published author. He manages a world-class team of email marketing experts and keeps them focused on achieving amazing results for Trendline clients.
Prior to Trendline Interactive, he spent six years with ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), where he led primary research and launched their strategic services practice. His focus is on developing complex analytic and technical marketing solutions that drive a high return on investment for clients.
Morgan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley and attended graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew KordekCo-Founder and Chief Strategist
Andrew is a recognized email industry thought leader and advocate for responsible email marketing – an avid blogger, frequent speaker, and contributor to the email community,
Andrew leads the Strategy and Analytics team, with a focus on maximizing subscriber experience, and increasing revenue for each and every client.
Prior to Trendline, Andrew was with Groupon, where he was responsible for the strategy, execution, and analysis of their email-marketing program. He also held senior digital marketing positions at Monolith Software, Sears Holdings, and Quest Software.
Andrew holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Quincy University.
Chris ArrendaleChief Privacy Officer
Chris Arrendale has over 16 years of experience in email marketing technology and software. His expertise includes insights into the email industry’s largest ISPs and is backed by extensive knowledge in industry-leading webmail providers, spam filter providers, reputation management strategies, and deliverability consulting best practices. He has traveled extensively as a marketing speaker, author, and software consultant.
Chris graduated with an associate’s degree from Oxford College of Emory University, followed by a bachelor’s from Emory University and earning a master’s from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Michele SouderSVP Agency Services
Michele is obsessed with process and keeps everything (and everyone) running on course. With over 16 years email marketing experience, she led email strategy and operations at North American Membership Group (NAMG), and also held email marketing positions at BoomBox Inc., and General Mills.
Michele leads a team of professionals focused on delivering a superior level of service, driving efficient and effective programs, and exceeding client objectives and goals.
Michele holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in marketing and strategic management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in marketing and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Alex WilliamsSenior Vice President
As one of Trendline’s first hires, Alex built out Trendline’s full service email practice. He is a true full stack email marketer – from strategy and creative to technology and analytics. Widely recognized as a email strategy and creative expert, Alex brings his passion and creative problem solving skills to Trendline clients. Alex has had a hand in just about every account that’s ever been on Trendline’s roster. He is a frequent keynote speaker on topics related to design, technology, and their intersection in the inbox. ,
Alex graduated from The Ohio State University and lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and kids.
Derek HardingChief Technology Officer
A creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude, Derek was a marketing technologist before there were marketing technologists. An early web developer, he was the founder and architect behind Innovyx, one of the first email service providers. An email industry expert and thought-leader Derek is a regular author, contributor, trainer, and conference speaker.
At Trendline, Derek is responsible for the agency’s Technical Consulting and Platform Management teams, while also spearheading corporate IT and technical strategy.
Prior to Trendline Interactive, he spent fifteen years with Omnicom Group agencies specializing in email, technology, and marketing. He delivered winning programs for clients such as Hyatt, Sony, Adobe, Novartis, and Toyota.
Derek holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Information Technology from DeMontfort University in England.
Eric StablowVP Client Services
As VP Client Services at Trendline Interactive, Eric is responsible for driving growth and innovation across Trendline’s expanding base of world-class clients. With nearly two decades of email industry experience, Eric is uniquely suited to finding creative ways to optimize people, processes, and technologies to deliver groundbreaking results-based email marketing solutions.
Prior to Trendline, Eric held multiple leadership roles in strategy and services at email technology companies such as MarketFirst, Avalon Digital, IBM/Silverpop, and Cordial. A self-proclaimed technology geek, Eric’s experience encompasses numerous tech trends including Artificial Intelligence, Systems Integration Consulting, CRM, and Aeronautical Engineering.
Eric completed his studies at Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Chester BullockVP Solutions Consulting / Salesforce MVP
As VP Solutions Consulting, Chester has a passion for technology of all kinds and enjoys finding the right application to solve client problems. He is well known within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem as someone who is pressing for continual improvement in the platform.
Prior to joining Trendline Interactive, he spent two and a half years as an Email Marketing Consultant for Ticketmaster. Having spent equal amounts of time on both brand and consulting sides, he brings a unique perspective to problem-solving and leans on his 20 years of digital marketing experience to provide the best solution possible.
Chester completed his undergraduate degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
Molly PrivratskyVP Email Operations
As VP Email Operations at Trendline Interactive, Molly Privratsky leads the agency in delivering on its mission to produce great email marketing campaigns. She owns and optimizes workflows and processes, and facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to ensure faultless and efficient execution.
Prior to joining Trendline, Molly managed a multi-million dollar email fundraising program for one of the Northwest’s largest non-profit organizations. With nearly a decade of email marketing experience, Molly is fluent in the five email marketing agency languages: Creative, Client, Developer, Account Manager, and ESP.
Molly studied Advertising at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, and currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her family.
Stephen RyanVP Marketing & Business Development
With over 25 years in marketing and advertising strategy, Stephen Ryan has worked with some of the worlds most recognized brands on both the client and agency sides.
As VP Marketing, Stephen is responsible for the clear articulation and communication of Trendline’s brand messaging and value proposition. He also owns marketing strategy and plan execution in alignment with the company’s growth goals.
Prior to Trendline, Stephen was Senior Director of Global Marketing at Rev Worldwide, a financial services company where he directed brand strategy, execution, and marketing operations. He has also held Consumer Planning & Research positions at Diageo, working on the Guinness and Budweiser brands. On the agency side, he has led Client Service and Strategy teams on AT&T, Wells Fargo, HP, O2 Mobile, Qwest Communications, Dannon, and United Way.
Stephen was educated in Dublin, Ireland, and has a Degree in Advertising from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Odette GodwinVP Finance and HR
Odette Godwin is the VP of Finance and HR for Trendline Interactive, tasked with running numerous business-critical programs that include accounting, finance, and payroll to facilities and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Trendline, Odette spent time in the non-profit sector as well as four years at Hewlett Packard in the HR department, where she utilized her Finance background in Sales Compensation. These roles have allowed her to bring a unique blend of professional experiences to the table.
Odette received her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Accounting, and she holds a Masters of Science in Management from Boston University Brussels.
