Findings from The Relevancy Group study put Trendline well ahead of competition.
AUSTIN, Texas – November 5, 2018 – The Relevancy Group, a market research and advisory services firm, awarded Trendline Interactive top honors in overall client satisfaction in its annual Email Agency Buyer's Guide over other agency participants including BrightWave, DEG, Inbox Marketer, and Yes Marketing.
Agencies were evaluated on core capabilities in three key areas: strategy, data management and analysis/measurement. After surveying 402 marketers with 300 different data points per vendor, Trendline was the clear winner in overall client satisfaction with an average satisfaction score of 4.73 out of 5 across all service areas. The next highest average customer satisfaction score was 4.52 out of 5, while the industry mean was 3.86 out of 5. Clients reported “overwhelmingly high satisfaction scores across the entire range of the firm’s services,” The Relevancy Group said.
