When Morgan and I started Trendline more than four years ago, we wanted to create a company driven by passion.  Passion for email.  Passion for customer success.  Passion for collaborative learning.  Passion for both professional and personal development. And finally, passion for giving back. For the last several years, I have been involved in many different organizations dedicated to giving back to the community, and I found that giving my time was far more fulfilling than just donating money. At the beginning of this year, I challenged a group within Trendline to come up with a way for our distributed workforce to give back within their respective communities.  This group consisted of individuals in each of our three offices, and the opportunity had to be one in which groups could take part in volunteering activities during the week without interrupting service to our clients.
